Waiheke Island Resort offers 55 sqm Garden View Studio Apartments with private balconies overlooking the Hauraki Gulf. The 95 sqm Classic Partner Villas include 3 bedrooms with king-size beds, a full bathroom, and a private deck with views of Palm Beach and Mawhitipana Bay. All units feature air conditioning, soundproof walls, flat-screen TVs, and kitchenettes with stovetops and refrigerators. Short Stay Rooms provide basic accommodations with ocean views from a shared balcony.

The onsite restaurant seats 120 guests and serves fresh, locally sourced seafood, NZ meats, cheeses, and stone-baked pizzas. Breakfast is available Tuesday to Sunday (8 AM-11 AM), lunch Wednesday to Sunday (12 PM-4 PM), and dinner Wednesday to Sunday (4 PM-late). The bar offers NZ wines, boutique beers, spirits, and cocktails. The Palm Deck accommodates 45 diners for catered lunches and dinners.

The 85,000-liter swimming pool has a depth of 2.8 meters and overlooks Palm Beach. The heated Sundance Spa Pool fits 6 adults. The 18-hole miniature golf course includes a bar and BBQ area. Veletrix E-Bikes are available for hire, covering up to 25 km per charge. Weekly yoga classes are held Fridays at 11 AM.

The resort is a 10-minute drive from Matiatia Wharf (served by Fullers ferries) and Kennedy Point (served by Sealink ferries). Nearby attractions include Onetangi Beach (3 km), Waiheke Museum (2.5 km), and Oneroa Village (10-minute drive). The Saturday market, Countdown supermarket, and vineyards are also within 10 minutes by car.

Four conference spaces accommodate up to 150 delegates, with AV equipment and sea-view breakout areas. The Board Room seats 14, while the Mawhitipana Room fits 120. Wedding packages include customizable menus for up to 110 guests. Transport can be arranged for groups of up to 150. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property.
